Life Connections strives for deeper connections in this life and even to the source of all LIFE—if that is what you are seeking. Don McPherson’s focus is on facilitating men, women and children to identify their real-life desires, vulnerablities and goals and to work toward achieving those goals through authentic, assertive skill development. Assertiveness is being defined here as thinking, feeling and doing what you need to do to take care of yourself by asking what you really need without being abusive or hurtful to others or to self. These goals can begin to be achieved through the following processes:

A 12 week Empathy-Based Cognitive/Behavioral Group for Both Women and Men.
This group program is designed for men and women who may have stress or anxiety life issues and who want to change their lives for the better. The group program is especially for the woman or the man who may have issues revolving around feelings of SHAME--Low Self-Image. (See the "Shame on You--Shame on Me" Page on this Web-Site.)

These sessions will use some or all of the above named measures and will conduct research to evaluate your level of change due to the intensive intervention in these programs.
Life Connections Sessions will make ongoing training available to any participants choosing to continue. The intake or Life-Assessment will include a comprehensive evaluation to assess personal/individual needs including the need for possible medical and/or psychiatric and spiritual intervention.
